Samsung Money discount not applied in the Shop app

Opened a Samsung Money by SoFi debit card a while ago to get the 30% off from the Shop Samsung app. Haven't been able to use the discount for a while now and the ticket I made a few months ago has gone unanswered. Is there anything that can be done by the moderators to help since my ticket has been ignored? Would be able to open Shop Samsung with my discounts applied on purchases
