How do I get Samsung health to work correctly? the calories do not match steps and effort. Example today my s21 phone recorded 23,000 steps in a 184 minutes pushing myself hard and says only burned 879 calories.

I recently switched from Apple Watch Ultra 2 and iPhone to S25+ and GWUltra. I've notcied calorie burn and steps are off for me as well. I also noticed when I go for a run the Galaxy Watch Ultra hits 1 mile in different spots on my usual route. My apple watch was consistently saying 1 mile at this certain fire hydrant, maybe give or take 5 feet from it. The galaxy Watch ultra has said I hit a mile well before or well after the fire hydrant. It is never the same when I do this route. Just can't trust this watch to give me accurate readings.
