Samsung Health Notification Frustration

Whenever I start a workout manually on my phone (which I prefer) I have NO CHOICE but to confirm that I want to start the workout on my phone and not my watch! I get it. You want us to know that it's an option. But for the love of God PLEASE make this notification go the away! If I wanted to start the workout on my watch I would do that! At VERY least let me turn that notification off! Please I am begging you! It annoys me so much I am considering getting rid of the watch! It upsets me that much! Please!
