Samsung Apps and ServicesSamsung’s customer support is beyond frustrating endless hold times with no one responding, and when someone finally does, they just transfer the call instead of actually helping. I’m forced to repeat the same details over and over, only to receive scripted, generic responses that don’t address my issue. It feels like no one is listening or taking responsibility, and after wasting hours on calls and chats, I’m left with nothing but frustration. For a company of Samsung’s size, this level of service is completely unacceptable, and it makes me seriously reconsider ever buying a Samsung product again.
