When I want to get information about a product and speak to their live chat why do they insist that I get it or add it to my cart(like it'sthe last one in the world). Even when I tell them I'll get it at a later date or wait for a newer model they insist I get what I asked about. I just wanted a manual or understand the pricing of something, no need to force it on me to buy it. It's not like I'm never going to get it, I can wait.

If uou are wanting a manual I'm sure you can can several sites that would have it as for specs that's also on samsung site and others

Sometimes I dig for it and give up. I thought it would just be better to ask the company who made it.

I agree there are sites that have manuals search you phone model or serial number or both in Google for one and it may show a manual

Not really phone manuals, mainly either refrigerator or dryer manuals, especially the older models

I look up serial numbers for them or want to find a part like which water filter is needed

These companies give bounties to CS personnel for making a sale.  They are required to try.  LIke when you go to the bank to make a deposit or withdrawal and they try to get you to sign up for a credit card.
