Samsung Apps and ServicesWould you rather they keep you informed or fix the problem? Has it occurred to you that whatever is wrong with the servers is preventing them from putting up a status message? Perhaps they don't know how long it's going to take to fix the issue, so they can't issue a realistic update. It seems to me that an onscreen message saying the servers are under maintenance is a reasonable notice that there is an issue and nothing is wrong with your TV. This is only one of the reasons I refuse to give up my "dumb" TV. Either use OTA channels while the servers are down or buy a ROKU or Fire Stick, or use apps on your phone for just such situations.
