Can you upgrade the server to the Samsung client? please can improve the server to the Samsung client!!! every time I call 1-800-726-7864 and option 1 the call hangs up ๐ก

What is "option 1"? Whenever I call in it tells me to press 8 to continue in Spanish, then automatically recognizes my phone number as an account holder and asks to confirm my identity (by speaking "Yes" or "No"), then starts asking some other questions about my Samsung products.
So I guess, if you're not calling from the phone# you registered your products with, try that. It can really speed things along.
