Phones and TV showing wrong location

We are located in west central Illinois. Our samsung phones and tv constantly show ads from Minneapolis, MN. Local news is also from Minneapolis. 

Even though our default location with Sam's Club is in Illinois, our latest order shows it's shipping from Minneapolis. 

We think this changed when we got a Samsung smart TV.

Any suggestions.

Make sure you are signed in to your Samsung account on all devices.

For the TV, try the following:

Reset the TV (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/)

and when you are on the screen that says “Enjoy a wide range of smart features”, Press Mute - Volume up - Channel up - Mute on the remote.

Then a window with the country selection will appear.

What is your IP location as assigned from your cell provider or ISP? I'm not asking for it, just look at what it shows.

If whatever streaming service you use on the TV doesn't have an IP location overide like YouTubeTV live, you may be stuck. Same for phones, what IP location when on cellular?

Are you using a VPN? Do you allow apps to use location data?
