I redeemed the Perplexity Pro though installing the Perplexity app from Galaxy App Store. I received email from them saying that they revoked my pro subscription as they think I abused this promo which is false. They are asking for device purchase receipt, screen record of the promo available on galaxy app store and screen record of sensitive device information. This is suspicious. Dear Samsung, please investigate this!
I did the same thing too. I let Perplexity know that many people were affected by this as expressed through the Samsung Members app. The Perplexity customer service rep then said that since so many have been affected (per my notification of this) he would escalate this issue to a different department for review.
