I redeemed the Perplexity Pro though installing the Perplexity app from Galaxy App Store. I received email from them saying that they revoked my pro subscription as they think I abused this promo which is false. They are asking for device purchase receipt, screen record of the promo available on galaxy app store and screen record of sensitive device information. This is suspicious. Dear Samsung, please investigate this!

Same thing happened to me. And now the Perplexity app is no longer available from the Galaxy store. It shows up in search results but tapping on it redirects to the Google Play store.

The directions in suspension email about how to protest say capture screen recording that includes showing the offer in the Members app or Galaxy store. This offer no longer appears in either. So no way to prove. Convenient.

Send Perplexity an email asking for proof that you violated their TOS.

Here you go:  I just did a search for "perplexity" in the galaxy store and the offer came right up

That is really weird. Earlier today I searched the Galaxy store for Perplexity both from the home page and the Apps page and all that appeared was a link to the Play store.

Now when I search Perplexity I see what you see.

I fail to understand why they would even need proof of device purchase, since the offer is/was only available in the Galaxy store.  I can understand perhaps needing to see the device information from "about phone", because you can only install from the Galaxy store if you have a Galaxy device.  But, requirement of proof of purchase is beyond me - what if the device was a gift, or just given to you by someone who upgraded to another device?
