Preparing a task to move photos of all paper generated notes, letters and mail. How to organize all keep worthy emailed information and correspondence ; in Samsung Notes. Any one has ideas on where to start, how to organize it all efficiently for recall purposes?

Just for clarity's sake, you intend on taking physical paper generated notes letters and mail right? So you intend on taking a photo of these items and then moving it into Samsung notes? I think a better option would be to use the app called Adobe Scan and you can use that to generate PDFs which you can add to Samsung notes if you'd like. Adobe Scan also gives you the option to assort your scans in folders as well. One of the great things about Adobe Scan is they have a beta feature where you can quick scan a lot of items so it's not like before where each scan takes quite a bit of time compared to a picture. This is actually faster than taking pictures and converting those to PDF as well. With the beta quick scan on it takes about 3 seconds per page and autocrops everything. Then you can rotate and change the filter or whatever you want to do to make the content the most readable.
