Order never received

I order a tablet, I called Samsung, over and over about my order that I never received nothing was done, make it worse I only have Samsung products, TV, cell, tablet, sound bar my entire family we only have Samsung for the last 20 years and this happened

When you go to track the device, usually they use UPS you are not seeing it as delivered?

call both place, usps no body got answer looked in my camera nothing, call samsung sent and report, police report to get a replacement nothing ever been done, and I already paid for it too

There should have been a tracking number attached to your order details. How long has it been? If your account does not show it as having been shipped or you never received a tracking number, call Samsung back. If you never received it, and your account says it was shipped/delivered, then put in a dispute with your credit card company.  (You can still dispute with the cc company if it's been a long time and it is not showing as shipped.) They will have to show proof it was delivered, and if it was delivered to the wrong address, you might be out of luck, because no one is writing down that they delivered to a wrong location, the only thing would be if there was photo of the delivery site and it looks nothing like yours.  If it was delivered to your address and there were porch pirates lurking about, you would still be out of luck because it was delivered.  Your only recourse, in that case, would be if your credit card had some kind of purchase insurance (as many do, although I think you have to register the particular product with the cc company to be activated).

done all that, had a case number with Samsung send them the police, call ups and I know Samsung can blacklisted and send a replacement or credit back, didn't even get that courtesy as if they don't care I paid and didn't get my item

When was supposed to have been delivered?

ok put it this way I notice I never received and email saying delivered, than I call, first they usps, than ups, call both, then called Samsung customer service, it says delivered, looks through my camera never seen anything dropped off, call them again, they do a police report and send them the info, did that and they went radio silence . to answer the question it was never delivered
