I order a tablet, I called Samsung, over and over about my order that I never received nothing was done, make it worse I only have Samsung products, TV, cell, tablet, sound bar my entire family we only have Samsung for the last 20 years and this happened

Ask them for proof of delivery, they have to provide it. Their word is not official proof. As I said dispute the charge with your credit card company. Tell them what you've done to try to resolve the issue with Samsung. Also, try this
