Not sure how you are proving my speculation wrong in this way. If you can search apps on a pixel, the beginning of your sentence is factually incorrect. If I am not repeating something someone else said, the the second half is fundamentally incorrect. If I make a statement that something was LIKELY done for a reason, that means is is speculation, not misinformation, and nothing you wrote suggests otherwise. The os is made by Google, so they DID have a hand in it.
