Please include guests mode to ui 7 or multiuser feature other small phone have it talk less of High cost phone. I hear the feature is included in iPad thanks
I hate the update as well for soo many reasons but right now the round battery level icon is so small Ireally can't tell the level or the number inside the bubble just the number itself was just fine. And then there's all the search suggestions when to click on search is just clutter for no reason.
One thing I'm not happy with is how all the windows line up behind each other. You used to be able to just swipe left or right and close the window you want, but now it's crazy! Not sure what the reasoning was on that change.
I agree. I truly truly hate this awful update. Why fix what isn't broken samsung? Amazon also tried the search bar at the bottom for awhile - quickly moved it back to the top after a week. Hopefully samsung reverts it. I freaked out when I couldn't see my notifications with the drop down - adds like 12 more taps just to click it. Soooo ridiculous
I found out how to do this. Swipe down on the top right to open the settings panel. There is a pencil icon in the top right of the screen. Tap that. Then in the top left tap the "panel settings" button. Now tap "Together". Tap the chevron in the top left of the screen to go back. Then tap "done" on the top right
Anyone else having issues with the new update? When first installed, some of my apps disappeared. Today, 17 May 2025, My home screen apps disappeared on my Galaxy S21 5G as well as my wife's phone. No sure what is going on. My phone layout now is a total mess and I am missing apps.
Watch for overheating. I would advice downloading Good Guardian from Samsung's store. I added it shortly after the ui update to monitor both cpu and temperature with the embedded Thermal Guardian. Another useful app from them is Good Lock which you will find many useful features to customize your app screens, click etc.
