No points

Nothing is possible to be I just log in and see I have no points? I've been a loyal Samsung user since 2003! I've had Verizon for that long. All I've ever bought were Samsung, so how is it possible that I have no points? This makes me so furious I'm ready to ditch Samsung and Verizon. suggestionsions

You have to purchase your devices from the Samsung shop and can't purchase from your carrier to get reward points plus you have 12 months from the time you get to points to use them or they expire

@mhatack Also when you purchase on Samsung.com and get points, be aware that the Samsung points expire one year from when you receive them.

Edit: All unused points expire in 12 months in the US. Made this edit based on the replies from Samsung Care Ambassadors @LongHiker and @GaryB82 . Thank you for correcting me.

Adding to @GaryB82 's reply, any unused points expire in 2 years.

Points earned in a particular month will be valid for 24 calendar months until the last day of the final month. Any points not redeemed during this period will expire and be forfeited. When you redeem your points, we deduct the oldest points from your account first to ensure you have the full period to use all your earned points.
