Members app refresh glitch

Is anybody else's Members app not refreshing on pulldown? Since I don't get app notifications (please, that's a whole other thing), this is the only way I can see if a thread has been updated. 

This only started within the last day or two, not after an app update. Wondering if it's just me. Thanks.

Probably the Chinese. Device assembly is outsourced all over the place, so why not hosting too?

Everything's turned on. Went through it all with mods months ago.

I wonder if a factory reset would fix it. Then slowly introduce things back from Smart switch
