On the news and tips tab, it says Samsung Members have all these great perks and benefits and everything including access to customer care at any hour. Incorrect. I've yet to be able to contact them either through the phone or messaging. Just more lies Samsung puts out there to make you think that they care and actually stand behind their products
When they mean support at any hour, they are really just talking about being able to get some help from other users, and the ability to put in error reports at your convenience and have them evaluated at theirs. The AI chat support is likely available all the time, otherwise why bother with it. I have been to websites where they have an AI chat option, but somehow the chatbots seem to have working and non-working hours.
Can you post a screen shot of where it says 24 hour support? I don't see it on either my discover page or the news and tips tab, or the benefits tab.
It's in the section about being a Samsung member. It doesn't matter, I'm getting rid of everything Samsung related in my house-too much money was spent and too much space is being taken up on appliances and things that just don't work
