How do I recover all my photos of videos from secure folder in my new phone when it didn't transfer the data?

Unless you set and performed the auto-backup for the Secure Folder, the photos exist only on your old phone and no where else.

Hello @1Payback!

Your secure folder is tied to your phone. If you still have your old phone, you can transfer these photos out in Gallery by using the "Move out of Secure Folder" option. You can select multiple photos / videos to export. The more you select, the longer it takes to move out.
I have attached a screenshot to help you out.

Seems like you could move the folder to sd card but make sure to remove encryption from old phone then bring it over.
