Feature Request: Please put select all on the first page when long pressing on text

Something that's been bugging for a long time that I would like to know how to change. I believe many years ago we could change this sorta easily, but now I can't seem to find any way possible to do this.

 
It's also been hard to articulate my question in YouTube or Google 
 
When long-pressing to highlight text a pop-up for options: Transl, Copy, Cut, Paste, : (more options like "Select All' that's almost always on the 2nd page. Now I don't know about anyone else but I use "Select All" maybe 30 or 40% of the time and it's a bit annoying that option isn't readily available in the 1st pop-up. 
How can I bring the "Select All" from the 2nd page option to the 1st (where I think it really should be, and is by some code people? I hope I'm explaining this correctly - see screenshots.

Samsung (and Google) sometimes replace โ€œSelect allโ€ with โ€œTranslateโ€ when highlighting in apps like Chrome or Samsung Internet.

After you highlighted the text, tap the 3 dots to the right and you should see the select all option.

Op's saying they don't want to have to press the 3 dots, and they believe "select all should be one of the first options on the first page

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any options to customize the context menu. You should put in a feedback in the support page requesting this. My brief research has found other people (in forums) wishing for this ability.

I also read this is an update issue on some devices. Do as @Pete-ohki suggested but try what I suggested in the meantime.

I misread your issue and unfortunately as @Pete-ohki says I agree with his answer. I researched fixes but found none. Hopefully there will be a fix soon. I don't have the issue on my device.
