Face recognition isn't working

I tried at least 20 times and when it requests to move head slightly, I comply. To no avail will it work. Any advice on what to do? I have a galaxy A15

The A15 because of the really small sensor you have to do it in a really bright room. It will not work in a dim setting.

It worked! It was saying slightly move head up and i was moving it side to side lol and the lighting was very bright this time. Thank you!

It will only work in bright situations.

Ok I'll try it, but its pretty bright in my living room. I'll use my mirror with lights to try that. Thank you very much!

I've used facial recognition quite a bit. Make sure that your camera lens is very clean. Also makeup plays a big factor as well. Suggesting you are a female and that you wear makeup. If it's not recognizing your face with makeup on try registering it with no makeup on. If you wear glasses occasionally that could also be part of the problem. Lighting has only been an interfering factor for me under extremely dark conditions. I hope this helps!

I had trouble at first but when I moved in closer to the screen, it worked.
