Creating a Page Template for Dark Mode in Samsung Notes

I'm trying to create a page template in Samsung Notes that works properly in Dark Mode. I tried using a PNG format, but it doesn't seem to work.

Is there a way to make this work? Also, is there any place online where I can download templates that are designed to work in Dark Mode?
