Canceling HBO Max through Samsung

Hello all, while this shouldn't be this difficult to track down im finding that it is. Anyone done this already that can point me in the right direction on how to? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the guidance everyone...I had to cancel it through the Samsung Checkout but actually on the TV...**bleep**...😂

You want to go to settings...then general...from there select system manager and there you should be able to select Samsung Account...good luck!!

If you go to your profile and delete your payment method or modify your card number with a couple of erroneous or transposed digits it will usually prompt you to update your payment method signed with a direct contact number.... It will likely get you to your account manager and therefore saving some time.... I've tried this before on a different product after I got tangled in the convoluted process of canceling a series similar to your situation.... Hope this helps.... Have a great day 😀 True
