I've been trying to sign up for Samsung care since buying my S24 Ultra three weeks ago. Everytime I get to payment it says "your card could not be verified" I've tried two different cards. All of my card info has been entered correctly. You'd think Samsung would allow Samsung pay for their own services, or Google pay.

I could be wrong but I think there's issue when getting care added after the sale but as fir the card nit sure what would cause that might want to either use the chat feature or phone support

I was thinking about calling them. On their own site it says within 60 days of purchase, so I'm still in that window.

Seen mentioned before in post about getting care after purchasing so that came to thought I would definitely contact them
