Can a photo in a Secure Folder be used as a wallpaper, even when the Secure Folder is locked?

Hi.  The reason for wanting to place the photo in a Secure Folder is not important.

But the answer to the question is important to me:  Can a photo in the Secure Folder be used as a wallpaper?

No it can't because no app or function in your main phone can access anything in secure folder.

I tried this myself to find out. I was not able to set a picture located in the Secure Folder as a wallpaper.
