Can I opt out of Bixby without disabling or deleting my Bixby routines?

Can opt out of Bixby without disabling or deleting my Bixby routines? I like Bixby but it's kinda... not smart, compared to Google assistant since Google is Google and they have a whole search engine. Bixby routines is a lifesaver though I would like to keep that.
