Hello,
I have a QLED 43Q64C TV system and an existing DVD player Brand JVC model XV-N33SL. Trying to connect the DVD player to the QLED TV.
I have a converter cable HDMI on the QLED side (connected to HDMI 2 port) and 3 colours plugs (red/white/yellow) connected on the DVD player side.
I am unable to configure the system, when selecting new video to connect the system seems to configure the device, then shifts into standard remote control configuration, requires me to do a connection test (check picture bottom right) which fails 4 times. Then it proposes me to configure the DVD player manually but doesn't detect the model XV-N33SL (probably because the model is too old (ca 10 years), but it works and the converter cable also works fine).
Can you help me correcting this issue?
Thanks

QLED and The Frame TVsMost likely, there is an HDMI protocol conflict. The TV cannot see the HDMI connection. There may be an HDCP version mismatch for HDMI.

QLED and The Frame TVsThanks your suggestion. But how can a HDCP version mismatch be resolved?
