2025 65” frame Pro

Best Buy install team informed my wife there would be a wire to the 1 connect box. Install was canceled. They also informed Wife the recessed wall box on tiled wall with 2 electrical outlets, cable and data port is not adequate. The wall mount is also Samsung. What am I missing??

Normally people have a recessed box that is bigger so the one connect box can be mounted behind the tv or they have a recessed box that has a tube that runs down inside the wall so the one connect box can be located in a cabinet below the tv so you don’t see the wire.
