QLED and The Frame TVsJust wanted to reach out to see if Samsung would create a UI for Seniors. My mother (80+ year old) can't find the stupid buttons for the 3 apps/inputs she uses (external blu-ray, Hallmark+ and Peacock) due to all the screen clutter that Samsung puts on the TV. She simply wants 3 buttons on the 55" TV, with the 3 apps she uses. But the interface seems to have no way to turn off all the suggestions for other shows.... Help! Frustrated beyond belief that Samsung can't seem to get it that Seniors don't want all the popup screens.

QLED and The Frame TVs@GeraBerz A couple of ideas. Has she tried using voice command to choose those items?
Have you thought about getting her a programmable smart remote? You should be able to set one up with programmed buttons.
