TV takes several minutes to start fully - sound comes on intermittently at first

This has worked beautifully to now about 1 1/2 yrs. Now when you power on its like it comes partially on and then after several minutes it finally comes on. Oh there is intermitent volume in the early part of start up.

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with your TV powering on slowly. Since this is occurring you can try the steps in the following link(https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01205506/#:~:text=Your%20Smart%20TV%20uses%20m....). If this doesn't help then this will require service, depending on your warranty you will have a couple of options. 

 

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.

- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up. 

- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup

- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
