QLED and The Frame TVs

We are having consistent problems with audio lag/latency on our new 65” The Frame TV. We aren’t using external speakers or external content source. We have done a full factory reset and the issue is immediately back.

The software also just generally laggy going through menu options.

any additional advice? Did we just get a bad TV or is this standard with The Frame?

Hulu and Amazon Prime video are notorious for audio delay I actually do tech review for a living and it happens on many different brands of TVs not sure if they ever plan on fixing that but hopefully but to make it a little better try both intelligent sound standard & amplify see how it sounds to you if it still sounds bad shut intelligent sound mode off and see if that's better . You can also try to adjust your balance under expert setting sound. Adding a soundbar can help this as then you can adjust audio delay output if you do add a soundbar I have found that digital audio output delay at 150 syncs streaming apps up perfectly. If none of this works the last thing you can do is add an exterior streaming operating system like Roku Google Chromecast Etc. One more note don't forget to try the support Tab and running a check on your system to see if it finds any problems20230729_113353_1000012314_1690655633.jpg20230729_113359_1000012315_1690655640.jpg20230729_112652_1000012310_1690655213.jpg20230729_112720_1000012311_1690655241.jpg
