QLED and The Frame TVsHello, Members_VwVtR3M. Welcome to the Samsung Community! We know how frustrating it can be for your Solar Remote to not be working properly. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take to get your Solar Remote's left button working again.
Dust or debris can sometimes accumulate under the buttons, preventing them from registering properly. Gently clean the remote with a soft, dry cloth, paying special attention to the button area.
Soft Reset:
Press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds or more.
Hard Reset:
Remove the batteries, and then hold the Power button for eight seconds to reset the remote. Then, reinsert the batteries and try to use the remote again.
Please, let us know if this helps!
