This is a Global Quality Failure, not just a local issue. I received 5 defective units in a row. Samsung Turkey is ignoring global standards by cancelling an approved replacement. I am reporting this here to alert Samsung Global Headquarters about this production and management scandal. Please escalate to Global HQ."

"I am here specifically because Samsung Turkey IS the problem. They have failed for 80 days and delivered 5 defective units. I am not looking for local support; I am reporting a Global Brand Crisis and a violation of Samsung’s international standards.

If your local branches fail this badly, it becomes a Global HQ issue. Do not redirect me to the people who are causing the problem."
