Samsung Turkey is ignoring global standards by cancelling an approved replacement. I am reporting this here to alert Samsung Global Headquarters about this production and management scandal. QLED and The Frame TVs"I am here specifically because Samsung Turkey IS the problem. They have failed for 80 days and delivered 5 defective units. I am not looking for local support; I am reporting a Global Brand Crisis and a violation of Samsung’s international standards.
If your local branches fail this badly, it becomes a Global HQ issue. Do not redirect me to the people who are causing the problem."
