QLED and The Frame TVsMy tv model is UN55DU7200DXZA, everytime I try to switch to channel 1848 (American crimes) it says the channel is unavailable. Meanwhile it’s still available on my Samsung 65” in my living room. It just started doing this about three days ago. I have reset the tv, deleted and redownloaded the tv plus app. Does anyone know how to fix this?

QLED and The Frame TVsGot Samsung support in text. I had to completely reset my smart hub in order for it to work. How aggravating to have to log back in to everything simply for that.

QLED and The Frame TVsIt’s working fine on my other tv, I have never had an issue with it. I even deleted and added the tv plus app back onto the tv with no luck.

I’ve also noticed some issues recently—not just with Samsung TV Plus, but even while trying to play Bus Simulator gameplay on my Samsung device, especially when streaming or screen mirroring to my Samsung Smart TV. It seems like something's off with the recent updates affecting both apps and connectivity. Hope Samsung rolls out a fix soon
