Samsung AU8000 defaults to Samsung TV Plus when powered on

I had this problem once before and found out I had to go to Settings>General>Smart Features and then turning off "Auto Run Samsung TV Plus". But this time that feature is not turned on. The only thing that is turned on is Auto Run Smart Hub. But the tv is still running Samsung TV Plus when I power it on. So how do I fix this?

This is happening to me on all 3 of my Samsung tv

I have a Samsung QR80 in the living room but it's not happening on it and it does have Samsung TV Plus on it even though I don't watch it.
