TV QN55QN85 tv apps , ESPN Hulu locking up - brand new -

ESPN locks up when streaming in the middle of sporting event, try Hulu as i have the disney package and same issue - cannot start stream again. Also has locked (frozen picture) on screen and cannot control with Samsung remote - have to reboot TV
