Recording when volume is changed

I have a 2022 Samsung neoQLED 4k QN90B TV.  All of a sudden, when I change the volume control on the remote, a voice appears on the screen noting the change.  Also, when the TV is first turned on, a voice appears to announce something.  This is somewhat annoying, and there must be a way to silence.

Go to menu, find accessibility, see if some type of audio guidance is turned on

Managed to find an Accessibility tab under a General tab under Menu.  Voice Settings was turned On (have no idea how that happened).  By turning it Off it did the trick.
