QN90D TV sound went out

QLED and The Frame TVs

have had it since July.

 
was using picture & picture (multiview) mode with my Xbox, then when I turned off my Xbox and the tv went to Live TV, the bass went out and now the sound feels weak and volume 12 doesn't sound so strong/loud anymore. have to turn it up even more now, like over volume 20!
 
I have unplugged it for a minute, I have checked for software updates (1310 latest), I have reset the sound, and I've even done sound diagnosis in the tv settings.
 
amplify sound is on.
 
(I do not have a sound bar.)
 
same tv owners, has this happened to you?
got advice/tips?
