QLED and The Frame TVs

Received my 85 inch Q90T last week. 4k and HDR content look great. However, everything else including settings menus and regular tv broadcasts at 720 and 1080p are noticeably blurry. I own a 5 year old 65 inch ks8000 that blows my Q90T out of the water. Is anyone else dealing with this. I'm ready to send it back. Should I be dealing with this on a $4000 tv?

Hey, give this link a shot: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01202526/ If this does not help I recommend reaching out to your retailer or letting a service technician have a look. Send your full model code and serial number via private message to get started.
