Has anyone had an issue with a promotion ending early. I was deciding between a 65 and 75” gram tv on Cyber Monday. There was a countdown clock that said I had over two hours left on the Cyber Monday deals. When I put my 75” in the cart, the price went up. I tried removing the tv and went back to it. It still showed the promotional price and time left on the promotion. When I put it in my cart again, the price went up again. I contacted support through chat and was told that the Cyber Monday promotions had ended. I sent him a screenshot showing the countdown clock still had over two hours on it. I feel that I should be able to get the promotional price but the chat agent stonewalled me. Any suggestions?
