QLED and The Frame TVsWe have bought a Samsung frame tv 75” but it has many faulties, we have had 2 visits from Samsung and nothing was done. The last feedback my partner had was about updating software but we know is a hardware fault.

QLED and The Frame TVsthe system is really slow, it freezes and its really slow to go in and out applications. not only that, we need to keep plugging in and out the sound bar because it does not keep connected. A technician came to our house, said it was going to take the tv away, then samsung called us back saying that its a software problem and when they get to update it they will let us know. thats very poor
