QLED and The Frame TVsI had a membership to the art store. During that membership I purchased a picture that I have permanently displayed on my Frame TV since I purchased it. When my art store subscription ended I decided to not renew since I had purchased the picture I wanted displayed permanently. But now, every time my TV is turned off, the picture I purchased is not displayed. And I am stuck with the free pictures to display on my TV. I have emailed Frame TV customer service MULTIPLE times. I’ve even emailed the office of the CEO to escalate the concern. I find it unfair that a purchased pic cannot be displayed unless an active membership is present. I should be able to display this purchased pic permanently, similar to the free art shop pics. Samsung—please don’t double charge your customers for individual pics and then for the ability to display said purchased items.

QLED and The Frame TVsI suspect the "purchased" picture is just "rented" for as long as you have an active subscription. It probably has the "purchase" option just to insure that you see that picture in your array rather than random images.

QLED and The Frame TVsI was able to display this same picture permanently while I had the membership, even before I purchased the image. I thought the “renting” part would come with the full membership (since it made no difference before or after the purchase the way my TV would display the same image). And ownership would allow picture to be displayed after membership lapse.

QLED and The Frame TVsI purchased them directly from my FrameTV and it’s Art Shop. I still show that image as a purchased image when I look under that purchased tab in the Art section of the TV.

QLED and The Frame TVsOkay, get what you mean. I have a few things we can try to see if this is a minor glitch. I always recommend trying the basic troubleshooting step, because more times than not, it works. Let's try a power cycle: unplug the TV for a minute, then turn it back on.
Next, I would recommend logging out of your account that is linked to your Art Shop. Then log back in and recheck the image to see if the properties have changed.
If no change in the properties, I suggest resetting the Smart Hub for the last step. This should help fix any problems that is directly affecting apps. To do this; Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis and select Reset Smart Hub.

QLED and The Frame TVsI have tried all these steps twice now. The first time when I called customer service (and they ultimately had me email frame TV customer service at frame.cs@samsung.com). I tried all these steps again after your suggestion. I’m still experiencing the same problems. I am interested in displaying the one picture I purchased permanently on my FrameTV. I also sent you a private DM. It’s been a long time since I started trying to solve this issue and still nothing. And for recap, I’ve talked to customer service, emailed frame TV customer service, contacted the office of CEO for escalation since frame TV email does not respond back, and now on a Samsung forum still trying to fix this.
