I have a Samsung QN55 TV, Paramount + and Peacock apps open on the TV but when I select a program to watch a rotating circle appears and continues to rotate, it then goes back to the app.
I have talked to Samsung Support, they had me delete the app and reload them and do a factory reset on the TV, still having the same problem. They also thought it may be a problem with my internet, but I have 1 gig google fiber.
I have switched to a Fire Stick to be able to watch Paramount + and Peacock, can anyone please help....
