Iām looking for a different remote as I do not like the numberless remote that comes with the QLED 43ā and 32ā TVās that I got. If I buy one on amazon that is a normal remote is there a specific one I should get? Or will any Samsung regular remote work. The app I downloaded isnāt to my liking as it doesnāt have the numbers either. Plus, my 88 year old mother wants a regular remote. All answers are greatly appreciated
A regular Samsung remote may work for your TV. I have an original Samsung remote (with the numbers), and it works fine with my tv that came with the newer numberless remote.
I am currently doing this now as I despise the solar remote. Make sure you buy an actual Samsung remote, I made the mistake of buying an off brand on eBay and it only worked half the time.
Some of the buttons may do something different since the numbered remotes weren't made for the newer Samsung software
