We just bought a brand new Samsung Neo-Qled 4K TV. We have one of those solar remote controls, but did not get a cable to recharge it. Were we supposed to get one in the box? Our Apple phone chargers do not fit it.
It’s suppose to be a standard usb c cable that will charge the remote
