QLED and The Frame TVsOngoing Issue with Q70C QLED 4K Smart TV (2023) Internet Browser Causing the TV not responsive to Remote Control
The persistent issue with my recently purchased Samsung 85" Q70C QLED 4K Smart TV (2023). The problem arises when I launch the internet browser on the TV, causing it to become unresponsive to the remote control, and the on-screen pointer disappears.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue by Samsung costumer service, including resetting the TV, uninstalling and reinstalling the browser, unplugging and replugging the TV, and updating the software to the latest version, the problem persists. While some of these solutions have provided temporary relief, the issue inevitably resurfaces after a few days.
Given the persistence of the problem, I contacted Samsung service, who suggested booking a service visit. A technician visited my home, replaced the motherboard, and took the TV to their shop for further inspection. Unfortunately, after a week, they informed me that they were unable to resolve the issue and that I would need to wait for a future update that might address the problem.
I am deeply frustrated by the inconvenience and lack of a concrete solution to this issue. I kindly request an urgent attention to this matter and assistance in finding a permanent resolution. I would greatly appreciate any insights or recommendations you may have to address this problem effectively.
