New QN1XD (75") several app crashing

Hi,

I have a one-day-old QN1XD that was delivered and setup today.   Several apps crash now and then, and the TV restarts.   There have been over 7 or 8 crashes so far, and I'm starting to feel uneasy about this purchase.  The screen goes all weird and then the TV restarts with a bouncing home splash screen.

The TV is running the latest Samsung update.

Are you able to run the diagnostic test if not try unplugging the tv for 10 minutes or so see if that helps

When attempting to access the "Device Care" menu, system reports "this function isn't available"

Ok, I found out that I have to have something playing on the TV to get to "device care".  I ran diagnostics, and the TV restarted.  I will wait and see what transpires.

After contacting Samsung support, they advised me to factory reset the TV.  The device crashes and restarts after a factory reset, though way less than before.  Still, I will watch a movie, and the unit will freeze and restart.

A Samsung-certified tech is scheduled to come out today to look at it.  The unit continues to crash randomly and restarts.
