Hi Samsung Community,
I need some help or advice regarding an issue with my Samsung TV.
I purchased the TV - Model No: QN75QN95BAF - on November 22, around 2.5 years ago, and it has worked fine until recently. Suddenly, the TV won’t turn on at all — there’s no display, no standby light, and no sign of power. However, the One Connect Box seems to be working perfectly; I have tested it.
I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps (unplugging, checking connections, power cycling, etc.) but nothing seems to help. Given that the One Connect Box appears fine, I’m concerned the issue might be with the TV panel or internal power.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Any suggestions or next steps would be greatly appreciated.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! Since none of the troubleshooting has helped, this will require service. Depending on your warranty, you will have a few options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
