My TV is Model Model# QN65Q60DAFXZA Serial# <hidden> When I mute the sound bar, it also cuts off my hearing aid streaming device and also the head set. All my other Samsung TV never did this. If the phone rang, I could mute the sound bad and I could still hear the sound in my hearing aids or the headset, which ever one I was using. I've had 4 techs come out so far and no one knows how to set the sound to stay on in my hearing aids or headset when the sound bar is turned off. Never had this problem with my other 55" and 65" Samsung TV in the past. The tech sysnc the sound bar, hearing aid streaming device and the headset together. Could this be the problem? I don't want to mess with the settings and I don't know if they tried that. Any other ideas?
